Eastward ho!

We're almost there! After a grueling month on the market in Calgary our condo is conditionally sold. We've also conditionally purchased a place in Toronto that we saw on our marathon long weekend house hunting trip. The house in Toronto is an early 1900's detached 2 storey in the Danforth area. Here's hoping all the conditions work out for us and our purchasers.
